Rita has a decade of experience in designing and implementing impactful learning experiences with the latest technologies. In her previous role as Head of Learning at Klarna, she led the process of procuring and rolling out learning tools used by over 3000 employees in 18 markets.
Today, Rita advises over 30 scaleups and enterprises as Strategic Learning Partner Manager at Sana, the Swedish-born scaleup on a mission to transform workplace learning and knowledge sharing with AI. Passionate about the intersection of learning and technology, Rita believes the future of L&D depends on its professionals having a rich understanding of both.
